When the sun goes down, the vampires come out – and once a year in February they all come together to celebrate Fasching (Germany’s Carnival or Mardi Gras). If you’re curious to see just how vampires party, then come along to the Heidelberg Convention Center and find out.

The Ball of the Vampires (Ball der Vampire), the biggest cult party in the region, is one way Heidelbergers celebrate before the Christian season of Lent begins. With a variety of bands from all over the region playing on multiple stages, you’ll be able to dance the night away to your favorite music alongside all of your favorite vampires and creepy characters.

So dig out your vampire mask and costume and come along and join in the fun!
