For those who love to hike, Heidelberg is the perfect location. The city is not only located at the edge of the Odenwald forest (Naturpark Neckartal-Odenwald) and nestled between the Heiligenberg and Königstuhl, but is also close to several other forests and nature reserves.
Königstuhl & Heiligenberg
These two hills alone offer the visitor to Heidelberg enough hiking and nature trails to last the duration of their stay, and with all types of trails to choose from, everyone can enjoy the views and discover some history hidden along the way. Königstuhl trail map
Nordic Walking Tour
